Bien que nous nous efforcions d&rsquo;offrir un service de premier ordre, nous avons choisi de d\u00e9velopper le complexe de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie, en accord avec les villages locaux, et de faire appel \u00e0 des experts internationaux pour encadrer l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe et former nos formateurs. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, notre \u00e9quipe compte quelque 150 collaborateurs, ce qui fait du MMP un fervent d\u00e9fenseur de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie locale. De cette mani\u00e8re, le MMP d\u00e9montre \u00e0 la population locale que le tourisme durable est dans son int\u00e9r\u00eat, qu&rsquo;il cr\u00e9e des emplois et de la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9, qu&rsquo;il respecte la culture locale et qu&rsquo;il contribue \u00e0 promouvoir un meilleur environnement.   <\/p>\n<p>Dans cette mission, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 aid\u00e9s par les villages locaux et par les architectes vedettes de Bali, Popo Danes et Era Anastasia, qui ont con\u00e7u le complexe. De nombreux clients se sont manifest\u00e9s au fil des ans et ont aid\u00e9 le MMP \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre cette vision &#8211; certains ont donn\u00e9 des conseils sur l&rsquo;agriculture durable, d&rsquo;autres ont produit des cartes, et presque tous nos clients ont donn\u00e9 un retour d&rsquo;information honn\u00eate, que nous essayons de mettre en \u0153uvre autant que possible. <\/p>\n<p>En tant que propri\u00e9taires, nous rencontrons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement notre \u00e9quipe indon\u00e9sienne \u00e0 la plantation &#8211; notre contact \u00e9troit a renforc\u00e9 nos liens et notre amiti\u00e9, qui sont au c\u0153ur de Munduk Moding Plantation.
