• Check in from: 14:30. Check-out until 11:30.
• Early check in and late check out may be available subject to availability.
• No extra charges for children under 11 years old sharing room with parents in existing bed.
• Baby cot and baby chairs are complimentary based on availability.
• Drones, Pets, and Durians are not permitted.
• The resort will impose a fee of IDR 100k for lost or damaged room keys.
• Guests who bring beverages from outside and consume them either at the venue or in their room will be subject to the following additional charges:
  – IDR 25k++ for a bucket of ice.
  – IDR 50k++ for glassware and a bucket of ice.
